Market Sentiment|If it drops 10% today, do you still believe in your investment?

I want to ask everyone a question.

If the coin you hold suddenly drops 10% today, what would you do?

Sell immediately?

Keep holding?

Or start looking for answers in the community?

Actually, the answer to this question should be decided before you buy in.

If you bought in with no plan, then after the price drops, it’s easy for you to be controlled by emotions.

Investment is not about never making mistakes, but about knowing what to do next even if you do make mistakes.

The market changes every day.

But if your strategy changes along with every price fluctuation, then in the end you may not be investing—you may just be getting led around by the market.

Down 10%? The planned buy-the-dip levels were already in place—why panic?

Down 10% and you panic? You might not have thought through how much drawdown you can really tolerate. First ask yourself why you bought in the first place—the answer will come naturally.

In the end, it mainly depends on whether the buy thesis is still intact. If the fundamentals haven’t changed, a drop is an opportunity rather than a reason for panic.

Every time the market swings and the strategy changes with it, that’s not investing—it’s chasing price spikes and selling at dumps. I usually set my stop-loss and take-profit in advance, and leave the rest to time.
