Mars Finance news: According to Bloomberg, the AI startup Zero One Wanwu (01.ai), founded by AI expert Kai-Fu Lee, plans to carry out its first initial public offering (IPO) in Hong Kong after the fiscal year ending 2027, and plans to seek Pre-IPO financing during its first announced annual performance period. To align with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s listing rules for enterprises in specialized technology, Zero One Wanwu is currently working on adjusting its offshore holding structure to pave the way for its future listing in Hong Kong. Zero One Wanwu was established in 2023. After receiving investments from institutions such as Alibaba Cloud, its valuation surpassed $1 billion in just 8 months. At present, the company has completed a business strategy transformation, shifting from early in-house cutting-edge large language models to building enterprise-focused AI infrastructure services, mainly based on fine-tuning and customization of domestic open-source models such as DeepSeek, Alibaba Qwen, and Zhipu GLM. Kai-Fu Lee disclosed that currently, about 50% of Zero One Wanwu’s business revenue comes from overseas markets.
