Missed the take-profit and didn’t sell in time—so you’re treating it like the market’s “spare change”? This time wasn’t a hard fight. When the sell-off hit in the early session, I saw $TSLAX ’s rebound always fall just short of the mark. Selling pressure was clearly stronger than demand. Intraday, the signal also pointed to shorting from the high level. The entry price to reference was 444.42. Think through your risk boundary before taking action.
Then the price got pushed down to 381.48, and the return rate hit +682.24%—the answer is there!
At first it looked like it was chopping sideways, then it bounced—yes, it really tests patience. But with no volume-led breakout and no follow-through, once the pullback starts, the bears naturally regain initiative.
On positioning: first handle 80%. Take profits when they’re there. The remaining 20%—don’t add, don’t get emotional. Move the protective level to the cost basis. If it keeps dumping, let the profits run. If it rebounds, don’t let the gains become uncomfortable.
When you’re making money, the biggest fear is suddenly getting carried away. Plan your trades, then trade your plan.
For friends who didn’t get on the train now isn’t the time to rush. Don’t see the current price move and chase by opening a short. At the top, nobody wants to be the bag holder. Wait for the next round at a more comfortable level, once a new structure forms we can reassess. After the next wave of signals appears, then act. 📉
