Former Visa senior payments expert Matt Price announced he has joined WasabiCard as Global Partnerships Director

Matt will be responsible for WasabiCard’s global partnerships strategy, driving collaboration with financial institutions, payment networks, fintech companies, and strategic ecosystem partners to support the company’s continued expansion of its global business.

Matt joined WasabiCard in May 2026 and has over 30 years of experience in the global payments industry. Prior to joining WasabiCard, he worked at Visa for nearly 28 years, holding senior partnership and business leadership roles, partnering with global financial institutions, payment processors, and payments ecosystem partners to help develop global payments network business. He then joined Global Payments, serving as Senior Vice President of Financial Institution Partnership Sales and Customer Management, responsible for cross-border financial institution partnerships and enterprise payment solutions.
