I used to think that trading crypto was just finding a 100x coin, then waiting for financial freedom. $SKHYNIX

But the first time I really entered the market, I realized that watching the candlestick charts every day means your emotions move with every rise and fall—while your account shrinks little by little. You can’t put your phone down; even during meals or sleep you have to check the行情, afraid of missing something. But the more frequently you trade, the faster you end up losing. $HYPE
I’ve seen a friend of mine who jumped in during the hottest part of the bull market. Seeing others make money, he not only put all his savings in, but also borrowed money to add more, convinced that if he didn’t get on the train soon, it would be too late. In the end, the market reversed and he held on all the way down—until he cut his losses at the bottom and exited.
He said something I’ve always remembered: “I know there are risks, but I just can’t control myself. I always feel like the next second will still go up.” $SNDK
That’s when I finally understood that the biggest opponent in trading was never the market—it was yourself. Greed makes people chase price; fear makes people cut losses; hope makes people hold on until they die. These three emotions are more likely to destroy an account than the行情 itself.
Now my trading is much simpler: I only take opportunities I can understand, I don’t blindly chase hype, and I don’t trade just for the sake of trading. When an opportunity comes, I act—when it doesn’t, I wait.
Looking back, the market hasn’t fooled anyone. It only magnifies everyone’s habits and emotions. What truly creates the gap isn’t who predicts correctly, it’s who can control themselves. The crypto market doesn’t reward impulsiveness, but it does reward discipline.
If you’re still losing repeatedly, you might as well stop and rebuild a set of rules that belong to you. Taking fewer detours matters more than catching a single massive spike. #GUSD年化升至3.8%
