But according to SEC public filings, the same individual sold his CRCL stock 10 times over the past 14 months, totaling $30.77 million in cash, and then walked away.
And—he never bought it back. Not once. Anyone who truly believes in the company’s long-term value would add to their position at low points in the stock price. What he chose was to say only nice things, then quietly retreat.
This kind of move on Wall Street is called a “management selling signal,” while retail investors call it the prelude to ripping people off (“cutting the weeds”).
