Alright, alright, alright! We held the line—today it’s A-shares’ turn to be the big brother. South Korea’s stocks plunged 4.31%, Japan’s stocks fell 4.03%, yet A-shares rose more than 1%—the clear standout, one branch blooming while others fail! Today’s A-shares are owning the spotlight and stunning global capital markets. After a full set of weekend “combination punches” to rescue the market, we finally saw results: the three major indexes stopped falling and stabilized, and everything closed higher across the board. Especially the dividend/quality stocks—under a hard push from the “national team,” they surged the most. By sector, coal jumped nearly 5%, liquor rose more than 4%, power climbed more than 4%, and oil, utilities, and insurance all surged. As for individual stocks: Kweichow Moutai rose more than 5%, PetroChina rose more than 5%, China Ping An rose nearly 4%. The “old guys” all rallied with increased volume from low levels, welding the bottom in place—that also indicates the “old guys” are officially turning from weak to strong. The “old guys” have returned as kings. No surprises: they’re set to replace the “young guys” and become the breakthrough force to push above 4,000 points. Another new cycle is about to begin—if you’re holding “old guy” stocks, stick with it to the very end. Hold the line and sit out all the way to the bottom! $SNDK
