To prevent heatstroke in summer, don’t just drink ice water!

The right way is to drink warm water or a light saltwater solution in small amounts, multiple times.
Ice water can constrict blood vessels and affect the body’s ability to cool down. Adding a spoonful of salt or an electrolyte powder is better.
Prevention is always cheaper than treatment. A summer essential—got it?
