July 20 BTC/ETH Mi Shen strategy
Over the past two days of the weekend, Mi Shen has been working on one question: how far can the memory-chip market run? Recently, you can see that global markets are tightly tied to chip-related fluctuations. The most sensitive is the neighboring Korean stock market—when I’m writing this article, it opened lower and then rallied higher, also retracing again, which is a typical process of long/short contention. The outcome is critical and extremely important, so the focus should be on today’s Asia session close.
BTC: The whole weekend has also been a slow repair process. In the early session, it broke above the 65,000 integer level for a moment. It’s only a few hundred points away from the previous high of 65,600. Similarly today, BTC is also waiting for a result: whether it can repair to set a new high close to the current range during the day is the key deciding factor. If you take a high short, remember: “a reversal is strength.” For execution: the risk-reward ratio for taking highs here is there, but it’s not recommended to go with a large position size. For defense, set it around 65,600. For adding more, I still suggest waiting. If you’re genuinely confident in the breakout, you can get on the train; otherwise, wait for more information before making a call. The level chart I marked is very clear—pay more attention to the box range and the upper and lower rails. (See the chart for details.)
ETH: The weekend also followed a range-bound repair route. After Friday’s bottoming around 1,800, on Saturday it repaired within the 1,825–1,855 box. During the early hours today, it also pulled back to 1,855 for several hours to confirm it again. In the early session and across the Asia-Pacific region, rebounds were synchronized, trying to challenge the resistance ahead at 1,890–1,910. Remember: 1,910 is an extremely strong resistance line. If it can break through here, that would mean a complete repair—so the bulls are undoubtedly strong. The unified defense for the short-term is 1,910. The defense for the bulls is the 1,850 area, which was repeatedly confirmed during the night session. For now, it’s still better to wait for the final outcome of the bulls vs. bears battle—then it’ll be easier to do things. (See the chart for details.) #USDT充值理财双重奏 $ETH
