7.20 Morning Analysis

Stay calm—don’t let the main forces’ visual feints throw off your pace. We’ll wait with you for the wind to come. In the early-morning market, the main theme is grinding within a box range. The 65,000 level overhead feels like a ceiling, while the 64,000 support below is also holding firmly in place—so for now, neither side can really overpower the other.

Although on the surface it may occasionally “spike” upward quickly, the moment it hits the resistance above, it immediately deflates. The continuation of the rebound is clearly insufficient. Since there’s limited room to expand upward right now, don’t chase the price and become the bag-holder. The next trading approach is clear: keep playing high-sell and low-buy within this big range. If the market rebounds back toward the overhead resistance area, we’ll place short orders in batches to catch a slice of the pullback, then patiently wait for it to drop again.

Yes, this boxed-in price oscillation can be enough to make people drowsy, but the main players’ washout tactics are pretty old-school. Don’t get tricked by those sudden, random bursts—hold steady and wait for the pullback, then enter long on the dip. That’s more reliable.

Try a few times to break through the 65,000 ceiling—it still won’t go, so just buy at the bottom in the box; when it rebounds near the resistance level, enter/exit in batches near that area—just don’t get greedy and chase the last part of the move.
