$FIL USDT Breakdown Confirmed – Bears Take Control After Inverse Cup & Handle Breakdown 📉
$FILUSDT has confirmed a bearish Inverse Cup & Handle pattern on the 1-hour timeframe, with price breaking decisively below the neckline support around the $0.732-$0.734 region. This is one of the most recognized continuation patterns in technical analysis, and the current price action suggests that sellers are now in control.
The chart shows a well-formed inverse cup, where buyers gradually lost momentum after the rally, followed by a smaller handle that acted as a temporary consolidation before the breakdown. Instead of reclaiming resistance, the handle failed, allowing bears to push price beneath the neckline with strong bearish candles.
The breakdown itself is the key confirmation. Once price closed below the neckline, previous support immediately turned into resistance, increasing the probability of further downside if sellers maintain momentum. As long as $FIL remains below this broken support zone, the bearish structure remains valid.
From a technical perspective:
Pattern: Confirmed Inverse Cup & Handle (Bearish Continuation)
Key Resistance: $0.732 - $0.734 (previous neckline)
Immediate Support: Around $0.715
Major Bearish Target: $0.705 - $0.700 if selling pressure continues.
Traders should also keep an eye on volume. A sustained increase in selling volume after the breakout would strengthen the bearish case and improve the probability of the measured move playing out. However, if price quickly reclaims the neckline and closes above it, the current breakdown could turn into a false breakout, trapping late sellers.
For now, the market structure favors the bears. Any short-term bounce toward the broken neckline could present a retest before another leg lower, provided resistance holds.
Trade Idea:
Bias: Bearish 📉
Entry: On a retest of the broken neckline or continuation below recent lows.
Invalidation: A strong close back above the neckline with sustained buying pressure.
Targets: $0.715 → $0.705 → $0.700.
The bears have made the first move by breaking a major technical structure. Unless buyers reclaim the neckline quickly, $FILUSDT could remain under pressure in the short term, making further downside the higher-probability scenario.
