At 3 a.m., I saw people in the group still spamming social mining points. Someone stayed up all night waiting for an airdrop just to complete a max-level badge. My eyelids were fighting, but I couldn’t help clicking in to take a look at the rules—yeah, it was that same “you have to complete every task to get the full reward” scheme. Put simply, it’s about squeezing you dry for your time.

Honestly, I’m pretty scared of this kind of mechanism, because the project team can change weights and move allocations at any time. What you grind out while staying up late might be less than a fraction of what others are already churning out through more aggressive in-house competition.

Lately, RWA and U.S. Treasury yields have also been brought up to compare with on-chain products. It feels like everyone is searching for a sense of security, but whether there’s a hidden blade behind a high APY depends on whether permissions are locked down and whether the oracle is biased.

Anyway, I’m the type who can’t resist trying sometimes, but I would never stake my energy on badges.

Forget it—time to sleep. I’ll check tomorrow. Sometimes I feel like if you don’t challenge human nature, you can sleep more peacefully at night.
