When I look at the FOMO-style air-drop interactions, I’m actually less in a rush. I chased it for a while earlier, running around after it—the gas fees burned so much it hurt, and in the end what I received wasn’t even enough for a meal. Some people say, “If you don’t interact, you’ll get rekt.” But I think—rekt is really about not figuring out your time cost and attention cost.

Lately, I’ve been watching Meme rotations: celebrities shout each day, new coins fly everywhere, and seasoned players privately are saying: don’t go join in at the last lap. Be patient—first build a simple framework: where the cost line is, where the exit point is, and don’t let FOMO decide for you.

Anyway, my strategy right now is like folding paper: first straighten out the creases, then start working. Otherwise, if it’s just a pile of scraps, you can’t fold out anything fancy—and you’re also more likely to tear it up.

(Truthfully, I’ve put off several projects recently too—I’ll wait for the hype to cool down a bit, then take another look.)
