The moment the news about staking unlocks came out, the group chat started getting anxious again—where’s the selling pressure that was supposed to hit? I’ve been watching the token unlock calendar. The more I look, the more I feel like these project teams really know how to pick their timing. Every time they come with a “release” when market sentiment is low. I just don’t believe there’s no playbook behind it.

As for trading records, honestly, it’s been the most troublesome thing for me these past few years. When I do the year-end accounting, I find a pile of scattered transfer records on the exchange, plus those on-chain gas fees from manual interactions. I can’t even tell which transaction was a loss and which was a profit. Now I’ve formed a habit—after every trade, I just snap a screenshot and write the tx hash and the purpose of the transaction in my notes. But to be real, I’m more like the manual book-keeping anxiety type than the carefree “automatically follow everything” type. I always feel uneasy unless I go through it and record it myself.

Anyway, procrastination really kills. If I could’ve formed the habit of organizing everything once a week earlier, I wouldn’t be so panicked at year-end. That’s it for now—I’ll keep researching my settlement process logic.
