I’m really fed up—people in the group are circulating screenshots of the “de-anchor” situation again… My first reaction was also to charge in and yell, “Run!” but then I calmed down and thought it through: what we’re seeing as “on-chain” isn’t necessarily real-time. I’ve tried the same address—checking the balance using different RPC nodes: one showed it was still there, while another already showed it was empty, with a difference of several minutes. So if you tell me to rely only on what’s on-chain, who am I supposed to trust? To put it plainly, when nodes aren’t synced and indexes haven’t updated, everything you see is just an illusion.

I used to be extremely paranoid and believed that “on-chain data is the most real.” But after getting burned a few times, I realized that looking at funding rates, position changes, and even opening my own transaction history is more useful than watching that jittery quote. Anyway, now I only trust my own RPC. Until the node is synced, I’ll treat it as a rumor that isn’t true. Keep your position light—live first, then talk about having a position.
