Sigh, I impulsively went into a futures contract again today… Turns out people like us—impulsive traders—are really dangerous. Sure, fast hands are fast hands, but all those unlimited-allowance authorizations sitting in the wallet are like an open door left there for someone to sleep in—absolutely no peace of mind. I just watched a brother get reverse-scammed after opening a futures position; they said the previous Approve wasn’t revoked. No idea who secretly used the allowance and then liquidated them right away—just stunned.

Slow down and think about it: as traders, we’re always calculating how many percentage points of floating profit we have, but we’re too lazy to spend a few minutes checking the authorization records. Doesn’t it feel like picking up sesame seeds and throwing away watermelons? Lately I’ve kept seeing social mining and attention tokens—basically, it’s also all about speed-running to grab a spot. But attention and authorization limits are basically the same thing: once you give the platform permission for “unlimited calls,” if something goes wrong, you won’t even have time to cry. Anyway, now before bed I always do two things: check my wallet’s authorizations and revoke all sorts of messy contracts. Consider it like tucking your digital assets in with a blanket.

Take it slow—revoking approvals half a beat too late can cost you big.
