Just finished watching the overnight session and my brain is still a bit pumped up. To be honest, when I saw a certain coin jump several percentage points within a minute, my hands were really itchy—I almost hit “market price” and rushed in. But after taking one sip of coffee, I suddenly remembered the sticky note on my screen: “Is this trade based on information you see that others don’t, or are you just being pulled along by your emotions from the candlesticks?”

Most of the time, the “news” that gets spammed in the group chat is actually someone else’s “old news.” Too much information, too messy, and it only makes you lose your head. My method is simple now: write this trade’s “core logic” or “stop-loss red line” on a sticky note, put it next to my screen, and before placing an order, stare at it for ten seconds—make sure the emotion has cooled down, the logic is still there—then click.

Speaking of information anxiety, those things lately about cross-chain bridges and oracles having issues—everyone seems to be waiting for “final confirmation.” But honestly, the voices in the group like “bad news fully out” and “there’s still a big bomb” often follow the emotions that come with the first wave of price movement. I’d rather wait an extra hour and act once the news has actually landed. Anyway, even if I take a small loss, I still have to trade with logic, right?
