I just came across an NFT project whose floor price dropped another 20%, and it really hits me emotionally. Back then, I went in for the community narrative, but even CryptoPunk is already half-cold, let alone those project teams that survive on royalties. Things have been even worse for chain games lately—inflation is brutal, studios keep dumping in waves, and both coin prices and assets are spiraling down. In any case, I don’t dare touch it; I’ll watch first.

That said, the poor liquidity in NFTs hasn’t been a problem for just one or two days, but sometimes you really get that itch. I once almost impulsively bought a blue-chip NFT at the floor price, just because I saw it rise for a few days. I managed to hold back, though, and checked on-chain data: active addresses have kept trending down, and net inflows are also negative. I can’t say whether this is bottoming out now, but at least I didn’t fall into a trap. Don’t chase the trend—stay calm and watch again. That’s pretty important.
