I just chatted in the group about taxes. Someone said that when it comes time to organize transaction records at year-end, they want to cry—I get it, really. I used to think keeping a screenshot was enough too, but later I found that on-chain data is a tangled mess; even just trying to find the fees can take half a day.

My habit now is to export a CSV every few days, quickly label it by time and by coin, and put it in a folder. It’s annoying, but it’s still more reassuring than trying to grind through everything at year-end. Recently, I’ve been seeing discussions in the group about the compliance boundaries for privacy coins and mixers, and honestly it feels pretty divided. Some people think transparency is protection, while others think privacy is the bottom line. Later I thought about it and it’s kind of ridiculous— I’m too lazy to even sort out my own transaction records, so how could I possibly dare to deal with those complicated things?

For now, that’s it. After all, trading is a kind of practice, and doing taxes is too.
