I just saw people discussing whether to move an ecosystem after that public chain upgrade—the chat was pretty heated. Honestly, I think this is exactly when you should stay calm. Rotations in hot narratives happen too fast. If you chase in right after it heats up, your funds may have already shifted toward the next storyline.
Why am I able to stay calm? It’s basically just a habit: every time I see a signal like “everyone is rushing,” I pause and shift my attention from the price chart to the crowd. Treat emotion like a fluid—once liquidity bunches up, the price gets distorted. When a hotspot first starts, it’s often when sentiment is at its most extreme. If you rush in then, chances are you’re just helping someone else carry the sedan.
I usually wait for two or three days, and see whether liquidity is truly sustaining itself, not just a one-off pulse. To put it plainly: in the attention economy, whoever gets swept up by emotion first is the one who gets harvested first. Step back a bit—you can always see the trajectory more clearly.
