Just stumbled on the floor price of an NFT project again—and it’s dropped too. Honestly, with liquidity like this, placing limit orders feels awful; the gas fees are even higher than the trade value. Back when I still cared about royalties, I thought it mattered—but now I see it doesn’t. If the community has no momentum, even high royalties are useless. The floor can’t hold, and any narrative is just dead on arrival.

That said, I’ve got a bit of a compulsive personality. When I’m reward-hunting, taking notes has become a habit—I even calculate the gas range down to the decimal places. Recently I saw someone complaining that miners and validators’ income relies almost entirely on MEV, and the “fairness” of the ordering gets mocked as “whoever bids higher goes first.” I kind of feel that’s similar to the NFT floor price swings: both are the result of market sentiment and a battle for capital. Anyway, long-term mindset—these profile pics I’ve got, I’ll treat them as little keepsakes from when I was more soft-hearted. For now, I’ll just leave them there.
