Household registration may not matter much for adults, but I think it’s very important for children. Don’t just take it for free. Are you out of your mind?
If you’re from Guizhou, can’t you be registered as a resident of Shanghai? Then why live in Shanghai in the first place—go back to Guizhou.
Aren’t you all Chinese? It’s not like anyone is asking you to naturalize as an American citizen.
