Recently I chatted with friends about grid trading and DCA, and found that people are truly split into two camps. Some like to go all-in, close the app, and sleep soundly. Others, instead, enjoy the “process feeling” of having every order confirmed. I’m probably in the latter camp, but honestly, I’m also quite anxious—every time I see on-chain reorg news, I reflexively hit pause, then wait for the confirmation checkpoint distribution before checking the consensus details. I’m panicking in words but keeping the workflow steady in my hands, but my sleep quality does take a hit, haha.

Recently, AI Agents for automated trading have been getting a lot of hype—things like on-chain interactions and smart strategies. But to be honest, I’m a bit scared. If an automated bot keeps running and then a bug pops up, or it gets front-run/“sandwiched,” then I’d rather place orders myself slowly. In any case, the mechanical nature of grid trading is something I can accept, because each order can be calculated clearly. Going all-in at once is just too stressful on the heart.

Alright, that’s it for now—don’t let the narrative steer you off course. Safety first.
