Just took a glance at my wallet—my unrealized loss is gentler than the delivery fee I ordered yesterday, but still, I can’t sleep. I don’t know if it’s because I’ve been staring at on-chain data too much, or if this round of the air-drop season has made me completely immune to “points systems”—before, farming was like shearing wool; now it’s like clocking in for work. I’m so wound up that I can’t even be bothered to calculate Gas.

The anti-sybil task platforms are getting one tougher than the next. I refresh, and when I see that it’s V God claiming an airdrop, well… this round isn’t a loss.

In the end, with unrealized losses, I can still comfort myself with “the principal is still there.” But when it’s in profit—then I’m afraid it turns into unrealized losses, and even more afraid I’ll get impatient and sell at the wrong time. Anyway, I don’t play with contracts much; spot is just what it is. A 10% drop is called a washout, and a 10% rise is called volatility—no idea who invented this line, but it’s true: on the days I’m losing money, I can’t even be bothered to look at MEV frontrun transactions anymore. I just stare at the chart as the candles keep flipping red and green.

Forget it, for now this is it. Even if Gas is higher, it’s just this kind of nonsense. As for mindset—if it really breaks, then it breaks.
