My mindset has changed recently. After lowering my expectations, things feel easier instead. During the middle of the night, I browse the on-chain stuff—the bundles and how blocks are constructed. Honestly, retail users don’t need to study it too deeply. Just know what it is. It’s basically about bundling transactions and monitoring what others are trying to front-run. Us regular users can just watch the drama; just don’t fall for MEV tricks. Anyway, as someone who scrolls on-chain in the middle of the night, if I see an abnormal transfer, I still instinctively get alert. But those technical details that insiders chat about—knowing too much can make you anxious.
Recently I’ve been seeing a lot of people talk about RWA and U.S. Treasury yields again. They compare on-chain yield products side by side with traditional assets. To put it bluntly, it’s all about chasing stability. But I think the volatility on-chain is still a question mark compared with Treasuries. Randomly tinkering around isn’t as good as simply earning the interest spread in a straightforward way. In any case, I’m a laid-back player—I just keep an eye on a few L2 protocols, occasionally pick up small gains. With expectations lowered, everything looks fine.
