To be honest, these past couple of days I’ve been getting headache from group chat messages. A bunch of people are reposting screenshots of KOLs, saying this data, that metric—then when you check on-chain again, it’s all lagging. Anyway, I’m not daring to follow; the impulse is basically someone else paying the bill for you.

Lately I’ve seen quite a few people questioning those data tools and tagging systems, saying they’re easy to manipulate or else simply outdated. I think that makes sense, but if you look at it from another angle, the tools themselves aren’t wrong—the wrong part is using them as your whole decision-making basis. Basically, I’d rather move slower and scan the protocol’s collateral ratios myself than trust whoever in the group shouts “go” once.

Anyway, that’s it for now—less time in the group, more time on-chain.
