I spent the whole night scrolling through those Layer2 mud-slinging fights, and I can’t take it anymore. One minute they say A-chain TPS crushes everything, and the next minute they say B-chain subsidies are more tempting—my eyes are going dizzy. I set a rule for myself: when the hot topics rotate, first I lock my phone, then I go touch that dusty hardware wallet in the corner of my desk, press the physical buttons—the satisfying little “click”—and that sound is more reassuring than any chart. And don’t trust those slogans too much; in the end, it’s always the same thing being “cut”—it’s always attention.

My current method is to treat the hot topics I see every day like watching a show. The few subcategories I picked earlier are like my own little piece of land—no matter how the outside world tries to hype them up, I’ll review the signature workflow and the phishing playbooks I already have, so I don’t end up getting treated like a sucker. As for attention, it’s better to leave it to small areas that you can actually hold onto.
