Recently, I checked out a few points projects, racked up a bunch of icons and badges, and then what? The points have crashed so badly that the identity cards won’t sell anymore—on the contrary, I ended up paying with my time. Someone says rate-cut expectations are coming and risk assets might do a bit better, but honestly, I don’t think that necessarily means those fake points will turn into something real. Anyway, I feel pretty down, but I’m not completely hopeless, because even if these projects fizzle out, the art projects that actually have real cash flow will still be able to survive. Forget it, let’s just leave it at that—don’t drain yourself for a bunch of icons. Even if all you can buy is a single icon you genuinely like, at least it’s something real.
