Everyone knows this: position management, put simply, is one sentence—don’t put all your eggs in one basket, but don’t carry too many baskets either, or you’ll be exhausted just from holding them. I can’t hold onto my spot positions right now: when it ticks up a bit, I immediately want to run. And with derivatives, I always get liquidated—every time it happens, I end up cursing myself, “If only I’d gone lighter.” Lately I’ve been seeing all that narrative around modular blockchains; the developers look as excited as if it’s New Year. As for me, I’m completely clueless—what does all that have to do with farming points, follow-for-follow, and mutual engagement? Forget it. I’ll just figure out the cost of the points I’m holding first. In any case, position management is basically don’t get carried away—don’t treat the bonfire like a grill to cook yourself.
