Recently, I’ve been seeing a lot of new L1/L2 networks rolling out incentive programs—TVL has been climbing rapidly. In our group, the longtime users are already complaining about the “mine, then sell” script. To be honest, I went along and interacted with a few too; I spent quite a bit on gas, but I never saw even a shadow of the airdrops. Looking back, it’s pretty ridiculous. I’ll just do what I’m supposed to do.

Anyway, I’ve figured it out now: when it comes to interaction-based airdrops, don’t rush in right away. First, check the depth and slippage—if the execution quality isn’t good, the odds of being reverse-rugged are higher than actually winning. I also don’t chase projects that are all over the heat cycle. I’ll just post limit orders and wait slowly. Opportunities won’t disappear just because I don’t FOMO.
