Options buyers and sellers—so, in the end, who is time value really eating up? Plainly put, the buyer’s theta is cutting into losses every day. But what about the seller? Every day they “collect rent,” thinking they’re safe—until a black swan shows up and catches them off guard. I write scripts; sometimes I also place a bet as the buyer, but more often I’m just watching the show—watching those brothers who are tortured by time value until they start questioning life itself.

Recently I’ve been re-staking the “nested doll” setup again—the compounded returns stack like a multi-layer burger—but everyone knows that once the underlying risk explodes, everything collapses. There’s too much noise. My noise-reduction strategy is one thing: I don’t look at all the flowery, flashy claims. I only focus on on-chain data. When the shitcoin uprising kicks off, first watch what the MEV guys are doing; everything else is just background noise.
