Just saw a friend’s position is almost at the liquidation line, and they’re still hesitating whether to top up margin. I get it, but you really can’t rely on “faith” to fight this. You think you can hold, but when the market accelerates, liquidity gets pulled away directly—the liquidation cascade happens faster than you think. Anyway, I set my alert line in advance; once it hits, I act—whether that means adding or reducing margin, I focus on staying alive.
Recently, miners and validators’ income have been criticized, and even the issue with MEV ordering that retail traders dislike—but the bottom line is that on-chain liquidity is just that limited. Where there’s profit to be made, people naturally jump the gun. I’m still bullish, but what I believe in is that liquidity will eventually move—not some kind of consensus.
