I was about to look up the voting results of a governance proposal, but the indexer was just spinning there again; Subgraph data froze straight up, and the “RPC rate limit” prompt popped out. Fine—at least it saved me a few bucks in gas. Anyway, I’m used to it now: when on-chain data gets stuck, I take it as the market telling me not to get too carried away. On top of that, I recently heard that some place is raising taxes again—those little tricks around deposits and withdrawals feel even more complicated. Once compliance tightens, it feels like every time money goes out, it gets stuck like a counting machine—having it pause is also okay; at least I don’t have to rush into a decision. What I regret isn’t the outcome, but that I didn’t learn earlier to close the wallet when the data was lagging.
