Just tested a couple of transactions on a small chain. It saved a bit on gas, but the slippage protection wasn’t set tightly enough—I almost got sandwiched. I’ll need to look into cross-chain routing parameters later. Quick hands, but honestly not that reliable.

Lately, I’ve been seeing people in the group every day spamming staking unlocks and token calendars. It’s anxiety-inducing. The truth is, when your assets keep moving back and forth between L2 and the mainnet, that gas difference is what really hurts. Some chains have a great user experience but shallow liquidity; others are stable on the mainnet, but the fees can be enough to drive people away. My approach is: do small experiments on L2, and for big moves, stick with the mainnet. Set slippage protection to the max—sure, I pay a bit more gas, but it buys peace of mind. Worried about sell pressure? First figure out which chain your coin is actually on.
