Just when I was at it again—my own hands itching—I picked up one more order. In my head I kept chanting, “Just wait a bit more; it’ll rebound.” In the end, yep—I dragged myself right to the edge of liquidation. Honestly, stop-loss is really just like breaking up: the more you feel like, “If I just hang on a little longer, I can turn it around,” the more you burn yourself down into nothing. Admit the loss sooner: you lose the principal, you save the interest, and you free up your mind to look at other opportunities.

Recently I’ve been watching the macro picture—rate-cut expectations and the US dollar index are jumping around together, and risk assets are getting pulled up and down with them. Anyway, I’m starting to feel more and more confused. So I’m going to stop staring at the K-line charts so much and instead focus more on how the protocol pieces are put together. Modular storytelling, you know—it’s like assembling a lottery window: once you take it apart, it all looks pretty simple, and one combo can create surprises. But the truth is, sometimes if you assemble it wrong, you have to take it apart quickly—don’t force it and wait for it to start glowing.

I can’t seem to change my habit of saving screenshots, though. Whenever I see a protocol that looks interesting, I screenshot it first. After all, “maybe” it’ll come in handy later. Forget it—let it be. I’m going to cut the loss now.
