Just saw someone saying that since stablecoin supply has risen, the bull market is basically guaranteed—what?? Don’t confuse correlation with causation. ETF inflows and stablecoin issuance are fundamentally two different things: one goes through regulated channels, while the other gets minted on-chain by itself. My mom even asked me yesterday, “I heard crypto might be taxed again—does that mean we won’t be able to play anymore in the future?” I told her, taxes add on top of that—but whether off-exchange funds should still come in or not is the same; it’s just changing the way you do it. In any case, my own approach is: when there’s a big pump, I first check gas—if it hasn’t gotten cheap enough (to my target price), I wait. During airdrop season I’ll be more diligent too, but I still need to save on fees.
