Real criticism is always very harsh.

Many people act very humble, willing to listen to opinions.
But when the opinions are actually real—
they can’t take it and break down.

Back then, I once spoke about a project:
This project couldn’t succeed from day one,
because they hired this person to be the front desk.

Or you could say they posted it at that time,
so whatever you do is futile.
The fundamental mistake in the choice led to failure.

Would you still be willing to accept opinions like that?
The answer is: basically nobody does.
They’ll gradually accept it during a slow death,
and then realize it’s already too late.

Now, seeing a few projects too—
they also hired the wrong people.

A few friends also came to ask me what I think about the projects.
How could I look at it?
I already completely lost everything—failed, and ended it all.
