I was just sorting through the testnet points leaderboard, and saw that some people were grinding pretty hard up front. Suddenly I got a bit of an itch. Honestly, I know this thing is probably just empty hype, but I still can’t stop myself from tapping a bit—like if I don’t, I’m somehow losing out. Later I realized it’s really just fear of missing out. Even if it’s only “practice,” once you have expectations, your mindset changes. I set myself a small stop-loss: no more than 10 minutes a day. If it goes over, I close the page—otherwise it’s easy to get carried away.
