Just saw someone say, “You can’t hold spot, but futures can liquidate you…” LOL—this summary is painfully true. In plain terms, position management is one piece of human language: **the position you can’t hold is your nightmare**.
When you don’t have much money, you always want to go all-in at once. Then you get rekt when the “scam coin” pumps and dumps straight back to zero, and one round of futures trading and you’re liquidated… Later I realized that those so-called “unholdable” spot positions are often unholdable because the position size is too heavy, and you don’t feel confident inside. Futures are even worse—going full position and riding out the volatility directly sends you to the grave.
Now I’ve got just one crude method: **treat every position like “spare change.”** If you lose, then it’s just like missing a few cups of coffee—staying calm helps you actually hold. Privacy coins and mixers have been getting into loud fights recently; staying compliant and drawing the lines gives me a headache… Forget it. For now, just manage your own little positions and don’t step over the red lines.
