Just crossed a bridge and waited for confirmation. I stared at that pending transaction for half an hour, only to find it was stuck because of a fast-bridge bug on another chain. 😂 Honestly, cross-chain bridges—when you combine multisig and oracles—are like “locking the door but the key is in the housekeeper’s hands”: theoretically secure, but it never really feels right. Especially lately, the staking-unlock and token-unlock calendars have been brought up repeatedly, and a lot of big players have started moving funds to Ethereum layer-2. The liquidity on the bridge is like a roller coaster. As for me, if I can avoid a fast bridge, I won’t use it—I’d rather wait a few more minutes for confirmation. After all, “fast” can sometimes be vanity; “stable” is the prerequisite for lying back and winning. What’s funny is that I clearly knew about the multisig failing, yet I tried to be convenient anyway—and ended up causing trouble for myself… Oh well, on-chain travel: the nonce is your passport stamp—if you stamp the wrong page, just treat it as a keepsake.
