Deep Tide TechFlow message: On July 19, Bloomberg reported that AI company Moon of the Dark Side has reportedly told investors that the company plans to go public as soon as within six months.

According to insiders, Moon of the Dark Side has already officially sent shareholders’ resolution documents to investors, seeking shareholders’ support for listing in Hong Kong. Launching this notification process suggests the company could potentially complete its IPO within the next six months.

Insiders said Moon of the Dark Side is currently completing a funding round, and after the financing, the company’s valuation may exceed $30 billion. They said the company believes this is the right time to go public because its annual recurring revenue (ARR, an important metric for measuring future sales capacity) reached $300 million in June.
