Can’t sleep, and I keep scrolling until I spot a few large transfers on-chain. The sandwich bot has taken a few more orders. To be honest, every time I see this kind of arbitrage, my feelings get pretty complicated. You say it’s an opportunity—but more often than not, when you step into it, you’re just paying someone else’s fees. Especially lately with that re-staking “nested doll” yield: it looks hot on the surface, but underneath there’s a whole pile of locked positions and liquidations. Those who lag behind by a beat can’t even get a taste—they end up with nothing at all. Anyway, I’m starting to feel more and more that slowing down, watching carefully, and letting those cold-toned chart patterns refresh until dawn is better than running after it. If you slow down, at least you can see clearly who’s collecting the fees. That’s it for now. If you can’t sleep, just take a look—it’s also a pretty good way to pass the time.
