After calming down and thinking it through, the returns from LSTs and restaking—put simply—are node rewards + protocol incentives + possibly an expected airdrop. But what about the risks? Many people only focus on APY and ignore the re-staking leverage in restaking, as well as slippage issues. When liquidity tightens, your exit costs could end up much higher than you imagined. As for me, I only do the strategies I can calculate clearly; I don’t need to move fast—steady is better.
