Sore eyes and a stiff neck. Today I didn’t really look at the charts—I was just staring at the task platform 😅 the whole time. With the recent airdrop season plus the points system, it feels like the “farmers” are more intense than people at work. I ended up messing around too, but honestly, the more you grind, the more tired you feel.
In fact, the concept of modular blockchains, for ordinary users like us, basically boils down to “you don’t have to care how the underlying pieces are put together—if you can use it, that’s enough.” Back then, on a single chain, you had to handle everything yourself. Now it’s split into different modules: some handle data, some handle execution—like building with blocks. For us, it may mean lower interaction costs and a smoother experience. We don’t have to keep worrying about “whether this chain is fast or expensive”—because the underlying layer is optimized for you. But the problem is that now a lot of new projects still do tasks and points. Users have to jump between more than a dozen modules, and it ends up feeling even more confusing.
Anyway, as a lazy person, I’ll just wait until the ecosystem matures before playing. For now, I’ll touch less high-leverage stuff—don’t let the “quick money” from the airdrop season dazzle you. What about you?
