When I first entered with $20,000, I truly never thought I’d reach where I am today.

Back then it was like a little boat tossed into deep sea—calm one moment, and the market could instantly slap you out of your mind the next.

In my first year in the space, I basically kept bouncing between “holding to death” and “getting liquidated.” A 20% unrealized gain I couldn’t bear to take—then one pullback wiped it all back to square one.

Going all-in was definitely thrilling, but the cost was sleepless nights in a row.
It was also then that I realized: in crypto markets, surviving first matters more than making money.

What really started to change me wasn’t insider info, and it wasn’t any “god-level” technical skill. Instead, I began learning to trade with “no emotions.”
The $20,000-to-$80k run was the first time I followed my plan strictly. When to enter, when to reduce position, and when to exit—I decided everything in advance.

If it goes up, don’t get greedy.
If it drops, don’t stubbornly hold.

Basically, in that period I was calm like a machine.
It was also then that I suddenly understood: during a massive rally, anyone can make money off it—but during a crash, only the calm can survive.

Later, once my capital slowly reached six figures, I found the game completely changed.
With small capital, you don’t feel swings of dozens of percentage points—but once your position size gets bigger, a single “pin” could mean a car is gone.

From that stage on, I truly learned to split positions, control the pace, and hedge correctly.
I’ve also been through the worst time—my account dropped from $1.8 million to $1.3 million. That feeling was really like watching years of effort burn away in front of my eyes.

But I didn’t lose my head that time.
First thing: reduce the position. Second thing: stop and rest.

Because I knew that trading with emotions only leads to dying faster.
Now that I’ve made it here, turning $20,000 into $2 million, I’m more and more convinced that in crypto markets, at the end of the day it’s not about technicals.
It’s about who can endure more, and who can control themselves better.

When the market goes crazy, don’t let greed get you wrapped up.
When the market is bad, don’t let fear kick you out.

A lot of people aren’t incapable—they just get carried away after a small win, and get chaotic after a small loss.
