Just checked the mempool again—it’s backed up so badly it’s like a complete traffic jam. One transaction has been stuck grinding for almost ten minutes and still hasn’t been confirmed. I changed the gas through several rounds before I barely managed to squeeze it in. It’s pretty ridiculous. Now that it’s airdrop season, everyone’s rushing to submit transactions to the task platform for the on-chain quests. The anti-sybil measures are basically like they’re checking household registration—so when costs start to rise, the experience feels just as exhausting as going to work.

Anyway, I’d rather wait through another round than force it when the network is congested. After a few lessons, you get the idea. Put plainly, on-chain queueing is a game of how big your wallet is and how much patience you have. I don’t want to burn too much gas just for a bit of speed—I’d rather spend a little more time waiting for a smooth window. Safety first. That’s it for now.
