Yesterday I unfollowed a big V. It wasn’t because what he said was wrong—it was because he was too loud. Every day he posts a dozen-plus “must-watch” “get-rich codes.” My willpower isn’t strong enough. I take one look and feel like chasing; once I chase, I regret it. To put it plainly: if attention really could be mined, I’d already be buried.

Back to position management. Lately I’ve only had one piece of plain human language: **If you can’t hold spot, it’s because you treat it like a contract to gamble; if a contract wipes you out, it’s because you treat it like spot to hold through.** Don’t laugh—this is exactly how it is. When spot is up, you’re afraid of it dropping; when it’s down, you’re even more afraid. Your mindset is like riding a roller coaster. Better to set a hard rule directly: once you buy in, don’t move until you hit your target—then exit. Don’t think about what comes after. With contracts, it’s even simpler: set your stop-loss and don’t change it. Don’t stubbornly hold positions—if you keep hard-holding and end up liquidated, there’s not even a buffer.

Social mining, fan tokens—it sounds pretty lively, but honestly, it’s too much like being an attention landlord. You stare at the screen and scroll, and they make money with your time. Anyway, I’ve slowly learned to do subtraction: reduce what you pay attention to, watch the charts less, and sleep more. Stay calm—turns out you can actually hold on.
