At midnight I was scrolling through group chat messages and saw a bunch of people anxiously saying, “This chain upgraded—will that ecosystem rug-pull?” Then everyone started following the trend and rushed in to buy… and the result… you know how it is.

To be honest, lately I’ve been increasingly convinced that, among those “insider tips” in the group and the KOLs’ “get-rich” analyses, eight out of ten are basically impulsive triggers. In any case, every time I see that kind of line—“If you don’t buy now, it’ll be too late”—I instinctively cut out to check the on-chain data first, or go through the project team’s historical governance records. Sometimes it’s just a node maintenance announcement, and people still manage to interpret it as “it’s migrating,” either—honestly, I’m impressed.

Maybe I’m the type who loves digging into on-chain data, so I’m a bit slow to catch on, but at least my wallet hasn’t been “cut” by “group messages.” For now, let’s just lie flat and watch the show—next time, in this little pixelated micro-drama, I’ll draw another scene about “over-interpretation.”
