Hey, I just finished translating a DAO voting proposal, and I have a bit of a feeling. On the surface it’s about choosing technical solutions, but underneath it’s all about a tug-of-war over incentives and power—who gets more of the gas fees, and who has the authority to manage the treasury. It really makes a difference. Lately I keep seeing people complain that validator income is being crushed by MEV to an absurd extent, and that the fairness of ordering has also been warped. Honestly, when retail users want to participate in governance, sometimes even the reward-allocation details inside the proposals leave them completely confused. After reading this kind of structural thing, I always feel that security isn’t just about on-chain vulnerabilities; if the power structure is skewed, it’s even harder to prevent people from taking advantage of gaps. Forget it—I’ll go change my cat’s food first, and keep an eye on the client updates as well… 🐱
