Honestly, lately the group chats and the KOLs’ “heat-bombing” have gotten stronger and stronger. It’s always “this modular new narrative” or “the DA layer needs to be rebuilt.” Developers get genuinely excited. I’ve seen a bunch of people in the group shouting “go for it,” but when you ask about the on-chain logic, everyone’s confused. In any case, my habit now is: the more people say something is “simple” and “just blindly charge,” the more I feel it’s a trap. There was a project being hyped to the sky and beyond—then when I looked at the permissions, the old contract and the authorization controls weren’t locked at all. In plain terms, it’s still you who ends up paying the bill. I treat “simple” as a trap and check the contract first, revoke authorizations before doing anything. Don’t let other people’s excitement make you impulsive.
